The 941 e-file pin can be used to file your 941, 940, 941c, and 944. Once the IRS accepts your pin application they will mail the pin to you within two weeks time. If your pin application is rejected you must call the IRS at 1-866-255-0654 to resolve the reasons for rejection. You must also call us so that we may change your submission status so that you will be able to resubmit once you resolve the rejection with the IRS. You can reach us at 408-935-8969.
